Pakistan - Politics and Economy

Pakistan is going through a major economic crises and political incompetence. For decades, the feudal lords (bhuttos) /businessmen (shareefs) /elites have been ruling over the commoners. In my personal opinion the policies and faces in the parliament remain same, just the change of Party happens in the election. People literally had no other option than Imran Khan, now PM of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, but he had no experience and proved himself as an incompetent and almost all of his cabinet is that of a dictator (Musharraf).
Now the people have to decide to their future. The commoners must rise and take part in politics, and make themselves aware of the politics and whats happening around. Because Bhuttos and Shareefs are no solution, they (elites) don't know the issues and problems that lower class, lower middle class and even upper middle class going through. They only may know the issues of elites and will fail to solve issues of the commoners. Only someones from these classes can represent them and may know their issues and their solutions.
To improve politically, there must be local government system i.e. strong union councils. So that when a person becomes a parliamentarian, he/she have the experience at the basic level i.e. local level. All of us, young ones, want to be doctors, engineers, businessmen etc, no one ever says that he/she wants to be a parliamentarian and this thinking has hurt Pakistan so bad that we, now, have no options at the supreme level of the politics. 
The economic crises Pakistan is going through is mainly because loans and ribba (interest payments) on them. We need new loans to pay off old loans, which is a disaster, the only way to get out of it is revenue so big that we can pay our loans ourselves. We must implement Islamic economic system, eliminate Ribba (interest) and promote zakat in our state. We shall not burden the poor with indirect taxes, rather we shall impose direct taxes and income taxes on the rich. (Indirect taxes are those which everyone has to pay i.e. on commodities, finished products etc while direct taxes are mainly on the income earned and according to the income earned).
